Requirements3:

Wire Transfer Instructions must indicate GFT Account Holder's FULL NAME, ID
and GFT Account Number (NEW for new accounts).
For wire/bank transfer, a copy of bank statement/wire receipte/TT instruction and/or
print-screen to prove that the funds originate from your bank account is required.

Cheque must be in the name of the GFT Account Holder.
|
Original cash slip must have FULL NAME, ID and GFT account number (NEW for new accounts)
printed by the bank's staff at the bank counter.
