Q. How do I get a free trial?

A. Visit http://www.gftasia.com/freetrial to register for a free trial. You will then receive an email with your login information.

Q. How do I access DealBook® WEB?

A. Visit dealbookweb.demo.gftforex.com to login to our web-based trading interface with your live or demo trading account login information.

Q. How do I log in to my trading account?

A. You can log into your account through our desktop, web-based or mobile platforms. Download DealBook® 360 from www.gftasia.com/software/dealbook360/download.asp to access your account through our desktop software. You can use the same login name and password to access your account through DealBook® WEB, located at dealbookweb.demo.gftforex.com. In addition, you can download the mobile version of our software for your preferred wireless device at www.gftasia.com/software/mobile.

Q. DealBook® WEB gets stuck at "loading account details" while logging in. How do I fix this?

A. To solve this issue, you must clear the cookies from your web browser, then close your web browser before reopening dealbookweb.demo.gftforex.com. If this doesn't solve the problem, you may also have to delete your temporary internet files before closing and reopening your browser.

Please consult your browser's help menu for instructions on how to clear cookies and temporary internet files.

Q. When I tried to register for a demo account, I received a message that read, "You are already registered with another demo user." What does this mean?

A. This means that you already had another demo account that expired, which means cannot register for another one. If you have an open account with GFT with a balance of over USD 2,500.00, or have begun the account opening process, we can extend your demo account free of charge. Please send your live account number along with your Demo User ID and we can reactivate and extend your demo account. Contact us now.

Q. What do I do if I get the message "Your demo login has expired?"

A. This means that your demo account is expired and you should contact your Trading Specialist or our technical support department for assistance.

Q. How do I get my DEALBOOK® WEB demo extended if I have a live forex trading account?

A. Please contact your Trading Specialist with your name and demo user ID. If this is regarding your live account, please contact Technical Support.

Q. I am a GFT live account holder. I would like a demo extension, but I have more than one demo account. What do I do?

A. Contact us to have your demo account extended. Please be sure to include the demo User ID that you would like extended. We are only able to reactivate and extend one demo User ID per account holder.

Q. I forgot and lost my demo account login information. How can I get another copy?

A. Please contact us to have your demo login information resent to you.

Q. Are the prices I see in my demo account the same prices that I with see in my live account?

A. Yes. The prices from our live system go directly into our demo system.
